Trust & control

Confidence comes from seeing the boundaries.

Here's how didii keeps people in control of what AI does, and how we handle the information you share with us.

Control

How didii keeps people in charge.

AI helps where your team allows it. People decide where judgment is needed, and can always see what happened.

  1. 01Scoped, revocable access

didii reads only what the work needs, your team can see what that is, and access can be revoked at any time.

  2. 02Read before write

Connecting a system doesn't let didii change anything in it. Each action is granted separately.

  3. 03Permissions per action

Explaining a policy, preparing a change and making it are different rights, granted to different people or agents.

  4. 04Modes and action rules

Observe, Assist and Automate set how much didii does. Action rules, such as "refunds above $250 go to a person", apply in every mode.

  5. 05Approvals with context

A reviewer sees why a request exists, what the policy says and what happens next, and can approve, reject or ask for details.

  6. 06Tested before rollout

Changes are replayed on representative cases, including ones that should be refused or escalated, before reaching customers.

  7. 07Pause without losing work

Stopping a rollout keeps case history and shows unfinished work, so nothing is silently dropped.

  8. 08A record of what happened

Requests, approvals, actions and outcomes stay linked, with the version of the change that made them.

Agreed with your team before anything connects

  • Which data didii processes, and why
  • How long it is kept, and how it is deleted
  • Which AI model providers are involved, and how they may use data
  • Where data is hosted
