About didii

Customer understanding should lead to better service.

A conversation can reveal a confusing policy, missing context or a process that keeps sending customers back for help. didii is built around a simple belief: teams should be able to connect those signals to improvements they can understand, supervise and assess.

How we work

Principles behind the product.

  1. 01A recommendation isn't proof.

Findings show their evidence and their limits. A suspected cause stays a suspicion until someone checks it.

  2. 02A passed test isn't a launch.

Changes are tested on cases that should be refused or escalated, not only the easy ones, and roll out with explicit authority.

  3. 03A launch isn't an improvement.

We measure against a baseline and accept "no change" or "inconclusive" as honest answers.

  4. 04People stay responsible.

AI can help and act where it is permitted. A person decides where judgment is needed, and can always see what happened.
